Exploring Japan Cherry Blossom 8 Nights / 9 Days
DAY 1 - ARRIVE TOKYO
Today, we arrived at Narita International Airport and were met by our tour representative, who then drove us to the hotel. After check in, we relax in the hotel and meet again in the Evening for Dinner.
Overnight at Hotel: Asakusa View / Prince Shio dome or Similar Meal: Indian Dinner
DAY 2 - TOKYO CITY TOUR
Today, after breakfast, we depart in the morning for a full day tour covering Asakusa Sensoji Temple & Nakamise Shopping Arcade – Imperial Palace – Tokyo Tower (Lower Observation Deck). Followed by Lunch. Post Lunch, we visit Ginza where we have free time for Shopping. Later, we had dinner and then transferred back to the hotel for the night.

DAY 3 - TOKYO – MT FUJI – HAKONE
Today, after breakfast, visit Mt. Fuji is an active volcano about 100 kilometres southwest of Tokyo. Commonly called “Fuji-San,” it’s the country’s tallest peak, at 3776 meters. A pilgrimage site for centuries, it’s considered one of Japan’s 3 sacred mountains. Post Lunch, we visit Hakone, visiting the Owakudani Valley – Hakone Ropeway, Cruise on Lake Ashi. Later, we are transferred to hotel, followed by dinner

DAY 4 - HAKONE – TAKAYAMA
This morning, we checked out of our hotel and transferred to Takayama. Where we visit (Takayama) – Kami-Sannomachi Historical District – Hirata Folk Art Museum – Yatai Kaikan (Festival Floats Exhibition Hall). Later, we transferred to our hotel.

DAY 5 - TAKAYAMA – SHIRAKAWAGO – KANAZAWA
Today, after breakfast at the hotel. Assemble at the hotel lobby and start the tour by chartered coach with a local guide. Visiting (Shirakawa go) - Wada House. Proceed to Gokayama Visiting (Gokayama) - Continue to Kanazawa Lunch at a local Indian restaurant. Visiting (Kanazawa) - Naga Machi Samurai District (Nomura Family House) - Higashi Chaya District Dinner at local Indian restaurant. Check in at your hotel in Kanazawa.

DAY 6 - KANAZAWA – OSAKA
Today, after breakfast at the hotel. Assemble at the hotel lobby and start the tour by chartered coach with a local guide. Visiting (Kanazawa) - Oumicho Market - Kenrouen Garden Lunch at a local Indian restaurant. Drive to Osaka, Visiting (Osaka) - Shinsaibashi Area, Dinner at a local Indian restaurant. Check in at your hotel in Osaka
Overnight at Hotel : Karaka Grande Shin Osaka OR Similar Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
DAY 7 - OSAKA – KYOTO – NARA – OSAKA
Today, after breakfast at the hotel. Later, assemble at the hotel lobby and start the tour with a chartered coach guide. Visiting (Kyoto) - KinkaKuji Temple (Golden Pavilion) - Nijo Castle - Kiyomizudera Temple - Gion District Lunch at local Indian restaurant. Drive to Nara Visiting (Nara) - Todaji Temple (Great Buddha) - Nara Park (Deer Park) . Later, we are transferred back to Osaka, followed by dinner.
Overnight at Hotel : Karaka Grande Shin Osaka OR Similar Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
DAY 8 - OSAKA – HIROSHIMA – OSAKA
Today, after breakfast at the hotel, later assemble at the hotel lobby and walk to Shin Osaka Station with a local \guide. Take a bullet train from Shin Osaka Station to Hiroshima Station. Upon arrival at Hiroshima Station, start an excursion in Hiroshima. Visiting (Hiroshima) - Peace Memorial Park & Museum - Atomic Bomb Dome (Photo Stop Only) Lunch at local Indian restaurant. Back to Hiroshima Station. Take a bullet train from Hiroshima Station to Shin Osaka Station. Arrive at Shin Osaka Station, take you to sightseeing in Osaka by public transportation with a guide. Visiting (Osaka) - Umeda Sky Building Observation Deck, Dinner at a local Indian restaurant. Back to the hotel in Osaka.

DAY 9 – LEAVE OSAKA
Today, after breakfast, we are transferred to the airport to take the flight

Inclusion
- Accommodation on a bed with Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner for the stay of 8 Nights.
- Entrances to the Monuments as per the itinerary.
- Transportation by Large Coach for transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary on a private basis for 10 Hours.
- Hi-Speed ride in Nozomi Shinkansen (Bullet Train) from Osaka to Hiroshima in Normal class (reserved seats).
- Hi-Speed ride in Nozomi Shinkansen (Bullet Train) from Hiroshima to Osaka in Normal class (reserved seats).
- 02 bottles of mineral water (500 ml each) per person per day.
- All applicable taxes.
Exclusion
- Expenses of a personal nature: Example – Tipping, laundry & Telephone calls, Beverages, etc.
- Tipping to Guides and Drivers.
- Porter Service at the airport and hotel.
- International & Domestic Flights & Visa Issuance Charges.
- Bank Charges – JPY 7,500 per remittance.
- Credit Card Charges to be borne by Remitter.
- Anything not mentioned in above in Inclusions & Itinerary.
Child Policy:
- Child aged above 11 years with a bed, 100% of the tour fare of an adult.
- Child age between 6 to less than 11 years: 75% of the tour fare of an adult.
- Child age between 2 to less than 5 years 11 Months: 50% of the tour fare of an adult.
- Infant is FOC between 0-2 years.
Payment Policy & Cancellation Policy:
- 30% – Advance Deposit at the time of booking, Entrances to the Monuments as per the itinerary
- 50% – 60 days prior to the date of travel.
- 20% – Balance Payment before 30 days before the arrival date.
- 50% – 30-15 Days before 50% – 60 days prior to the date of travel.
- 100% – 14-0 Days before.
Terms & Conditions:
- Quotation is based on the Number of Passengers travelling together.
- Costs are nett and non-commissionable.
- With any changes in dates, the quotation will change.
- On days when certain attractions, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the driver reserves the right to amend the programmed Itinerary.
- Costs are subject to change due to currency fluctuations or any other statutory increases beyond our control.
- We are not holding any booking of any Hotels or services with the given quotations.
- Hotels quoted are subject to availability. We will share the details of available hotels in the same category at the time of booking confirmation.
- Mandatory Accommodation Taxes to be paid by clients – JPY 200/- per person per day for Four-star hotels or above & JPY 100 for 03-star hotels, 100/- per person per day for Three-star hotels or below. This tax is collected by the property directly from the clients.
- The check-in time for hotels in Japan is 15:00 hours & check-out until 11:00 hours
- Hotel rooms are relatively small in Japan. Below is the reference for hotel rooms in different categories of hotels:
- 3-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 10~14 Sq. metres
- 4-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 15~20 sq. metres
- 5-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 20~30 sq. meters
- Due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or heavy traffic conditions, the Tours/ Sightseeing can be altered. No refund will be provided in such cases
