Explore the dramatic landscapes of Argentina’s southern wilderness with this awe-inspiring Patagonia adventure. Starting in El Calafate, you’ll be greeted by the majestic Perito Moreno Glacier—one of just three glaciers in the world that are still advancing. Walk on well‑maintained platforms, or opt for a guided mini-trek across its frozen surface. A dinner featuring Patagonian lamb with panoramic views caps the day.
Travel by coach to El Chaltén, the hiking capital of Argentina. Over two days, explore trails to Laguna Torre and Laguna de los Tres, each offering striking views of Cerro Torre and Cerro Fitz Roy. These hikes are moderate to challenging, making the experience unforgettable for outdoor enthusiasts.
Next, take a flight to Ushuaia, known as the “End of the World.” Board a scenic cruise through the Beagle Channel to Spot sea lions, cormorants, and Magellanic penguins. Visit Lapataia Bay in Tierra del Fuego National Park and enjoy gentle forest walks before returning to town for a hearty Argentine lunch.

It is a great place to shop not too far from New York. We took the bus from Port Authority and traveled through the countryside to get there.
