Day 1: Guwahati to Kaziranga – Into the Wilds of Assam
Arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station
Drive to Kaziranga National Park
Meet and greet on arrival at Guwahati Airport and there after drive along the red River Brahmaputra to your Hotel in Kaziranga. On way Lunch Break for half an Hour. Check in to your hotel. Evening explores the nearby tribal villages and Tea estates. Night, stay in Kaziranga.

Day 2: Kaziranga – Wildlife Safari Adventure
Morning Elephant Safari (optional)
Afternoon Jeep Safari (optional)
Enjoy an Elephant Safari (At your Own Cost) in Kaziranga National Park, where you can spot one-horned rhinoceros, wild elephants, swamp deer, wild buffaloes, and various bird species. Return to your hotel for breakfast and relax in the serene surroundings. After lunch, take a Jeep Safari (At your Own Cost) into a different park zone for contrasting landscapes and wildlife encounters. Spend the evening at the hotel or relax at the resort. End the day with an overnight stay in Kaziranga, surrounded by the sounds of the wild.

Day 4: Spiritual Visit to Kamakhya Devi Temple – Evening Leisure in Guwahati

Day 5: Guwahati – Local Sightseeing

The day begins with a breakfast at the hotel before exploring Guwahati, Assam's gateway city. Visit the Umananda Temple on Peacock Island, a Shiva temple with panoramic views. Explore Assam's past at the Assam State Museum, where you can learn about the region's cultural and artistic roots. Visit the Navagraha Temple, dedicated to the nine celestial bodies, offering sweeping views of Guwahati's urban sprawl. Visit the Assam State Zoo and Botanical Garden, one of Northeast India's largest green spaces. Visit Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra, a cultural complex celebrating Assam's heritage.
Day 6: Guwahati – Departure

Transfer to Airport/Railway Station
On your final day in Guwahati, enjoy a leisurely breakfast and reflect on your spiritual and cultural experiences. Pack up and complete check-out formalities, taking some time to enjoy the city or local Assam tea. Transfer to Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport or Guwahati Railway Station for your journey. Remember the vibrant streets, temple bells, riverfront sunsets, and Assam hospitality. - November to April – These months mark the best time to visit Assam, with pleasant weather and temperatures ranging from 10°C to 20°C, ideal for sightseeing, wildlife exploration, and cultural experiences.
- November to February – This is the peak season, offering the most comfortable climate and the best opportunity to explore Assam’s natural beauty and festivals.

- If city tax is applicable guests need to pay at the time of checking it is not included in the cost.

- Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time 1400 hrs. and 1200 hrs. respectively. If you wish to book an early check-in or a late check-out, you would be required to get in touch with the Tripncare representative before your departure, as it is subject to availability.
- The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort/hotel, where they are accommodated.
- In the unlikely event of reserved accommodation not being available for you upon arrival at your destination, we would immediately arrange for an alternate accommodation of the same standards.
- Interconnecting rooms/adjacent rooms/rooms on the same floor /rooms near to each other are strictly subject to availability. Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
- Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low-cost carrier (Air Asia, Air India Express) then baggage will not be included in the package.
- Baggage can beadded as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
- The package price does not include special dinner or mandatory charges at time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions.Tripncare shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However, Tripncare may not have this information readily available all the time.
- Tripncare reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation re – scheduling / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc.
- While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
- For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same should reach the guest within 60 days of processing the refund.Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to Tripncare & guest, no refund will be processed.
- For any amendment requests in the Itinerary, please advise our transport manager at least 72 hours in advance and the request shall be subject to availability.
- Shorter stays than the booked stay and early check-out will be regarded as cancellation and hence no refund will be provided.
- Strictly no refund for unutilized services once the booking is confirmed.
- We do not hold any responsibility for additional costs or adjustments that may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity,etc.
- In the unfortunate event of a vehicle breakdown, we will provide you alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to the event will not be compensated.All the hotels have been given as per your budget and booking has been finalized with the consent of the guests.
- Request you to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time shall be 05 minutes for sharing and 10 minutes for Private. If you miss any pickup, you will have to go to attractions on your own. We suggest you to be at hotel lobby 10 mins before of your tour starting time.
- In case of inclusion of airfares with a holiday are subject to vary anytime also a matter of availability.
- Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure,since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.
Payment policy:
- 30% of the total billing amount to process the booking to be paid in advance.
- 50% of the total billing amount to be paid before 45 days of departure.
- 20% of the amount to be paid before 15 working days from departure date
Cancellation policy:
- Applicable except any non-refundable component if any.
- 20% cancellation charges if cancelled 45 days before the tour of the total billing amount.
- 40% cancellation charges if cancelled between 44 – 30 Days before the tour of the total billing amount.
- 60% cancellation charges if cancelled between 29 – 10 Days before the tour of the total billing amount.
- 100% cancellation charges if cancelled between 0 – 9 Days before the tour.
- No refund if cancelled before 9 days of trip start.
- No Refund or Compensation for any changes on an ongoing trip.
