Day 1: Arrival in Darjeeling & Leisure Evening.

Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, you'll be welcomed by a representative and driven to Darjeeling, known for its emerald tea gardens, panoramic mountain views, and colonial charm. The drive offers glimpses of lush tea estates and winding roads along the Teesta River. After a relaxing stay at your hotel, explore Mall Road, a heart of Darjeeling with cafes, souvenir shops, and local eateries. Enjoy a cup of hot Darjeeling tea at a local café while taking in the Kanchenjunga range views. Return to your hotel for a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 2: Darjeeling Full-Day Local Sightseeing.

Early morning start for Tiger Hill (subject to availability of pass) to watch the spectacular sunrise and its amazing effects on Mt. Kanchendzonga (Worlds 3rd highest peak), Visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop, War Memorial while returning to the Hotel, breakfast followed by Half half-day mixed point local sightseeing covering, Ropeway, Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock, Padmaja N. Zoological Garden, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tibetan Refugee Self-help Canter, and Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda. After that, visit the mall (Chow Rasta) along with the local Market for City Life. Overnight stay at Darjeeling Hotel.
Day 3: Tinchule-Takhdah-Lamahata Excursion

After Breakfast you will proceed for Takhdah, Tinchule, Lamahata. We all know the impact of the colonial era on art and architecture in Bengal. Some remnants are still standing tall in hidden towns and villages; Takdah is one such tourist destination near Darjeeling where you can stay in a British-era bungalow! Besides this, you can walk around tea gardens, visit the Takdah Orchid Centre, and pay your respects to Takdah Monastery to understand its culture and heritage. Then you will go to Lamahata. People who are longing for solitude in their lives will find a lot of it in Lamahatta. This is such a peaceful village that you can free your mind from all its troubles. Since Lamahatta is located quite near Darjeeling, it is one of the most famous off-beat tourist places. In the last decade, the Lamahatta Eco Park has also caught the eye of avid travelers for its natural trails, bamboo gazebos, and pine trees. It is recommended to visit Lamhatta during the winter season, when you can see flowers blooming all around this village. After Sightseeing, go back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 4: Departure from Darjeeling – Journey Back with Sweet Memories
Enjoy your final breakfast in Darjeeling, taking in the serene atmosphere and capturing the Kanchenjunga range before checking out. Take a stroll around Mall Road or enjoy Darjeeling tea at a nearby café. If you want, pick up souvenirs to take home. Transfer to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your journey. - Hotels may ask for one security deposit which will be refundable /Nonrefundable as per their policy guest needs to pay at the time of check-in.
- Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time 1400 hrs. and 1200 hrs. respectively. If you wish to book an early check-in or a late check-out, you would be required to get in touch with the Tripncare representative before your departure, as it is subject to availability.
- The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort/hotel, where they are accommodated.
- In the unlikely event of reserved accommodation not being available for you upon arrival at your destination, we would immediately arrange for an alternate accommodation of the same standards.
- Interconnecting rooms/adjacent rooms/rooms on the same floor /rooms near to each other are strictly subject to availability. Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
- Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low-cost carrier (Air Asia, Air India Express) then baggage will not be included in the package. Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
- The package price does not include special dinner or mandatory charges at time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. Tripncare shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However, Tripncare may not have this information readily available all the time.
- Tripncare reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation re – scheduling / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
- For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we willprocess refund & same should reach the guest within 60 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to Tripncare & guest, no refund will be processed.
- For any amendment requests in the Itinerary, please advise our transport manager at least 72 hours in advance and the request shall be subject to availability.
- Shorter stays than the booked stay and early check-out will be regarded as cancellation and hence no refund will be provided.
- Strictly no refund for unutilized services once the booking is confirmed.
- We do not hold any responsibility for additional costs or adjustments that may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity, etc.
- In the unfortunate event of a vehicle breakdown, we will provide you alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to the event will not be compensated.
- All the hotels have been given as per your budget and booking has been finalized with the consent of the guests.
- Request you to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time shall be 05 minutes for sharing and 10 minutes for Private. If you miss any pickup, you will have to go to attractions on your own. We suggest you to be at hotel lobby 10 mins before of your tour starting time.
- In case of inclusion of airfares with a holiday are subject to vary anytime also a matter of availability.
- Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.
Payment policy:
- 30% of the total billing amount to process the booking to be paid in advance.
- 50% of the total billing amount to be paid before 45 days of departure.
- 20% of the amount to be paid before 15 working days from departure date
Cancellation policy:
- Applicable except any non-refundable component if any.
- 20% cancellation charges if cancelled 45 days before the tour of the total billing amount.
- 40% cancellation charges if cancelled between 44 – 30 Days before the tour of the total billing amount.
- 60% cancellation charges if cancelled between 29 – 10 Days before the tour of the total billing amount.
- 100% cancellation charges if cancelled between 0 – 9 Days before the tour.
- No refund if cancelled before 9 days of the trip start.
- No Refund or Compensation for any changes on an ongoing trip.
