6 NIGHTS/ 7 DAYS IN ARUNACHAL PRADESH
Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati – Transfer to Bhalukpong
Begin the first day of your tour by sighting the mighty river the Brahmaputra
Upon arrival at the airport/railway station, you would be greeted and transferred to your hotel in Bhalukpong. After checking into the hotel, you can freshen up and relax to get over the travel fatigue. The first day of your Arunachal Pradesh travel then takes you to the connecting force that binds North-East to the rest of India- the Kolia Bhomora Bridge. The Bhomora Bridge situated above the mighty Brahmaputra River has been a major contributor to North-East’s development in terms of its connectivity to other parts of the country.
This robust mass structure is not just known for its strength but also its beauty which gets illuminated in the red dusky sky (however, photography is not allowed there). Later, the day ends with a comfy stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Dirang: Transfer and Sightseeing

Kick-start your day with an appetizing meal at the hotel, as now you would be heading towards Dirang. The first place that you would be visiting as part of the second day of Arunachal Pradesh holiday package is Tipi. Tipi is an Orchidarium located on the banks of river Bharavali, which houses over 7500 orchids. This Orchidarium surely mesmerizes each one who takes a look at the finest species of orchids on display. After your visit to Tipi, you would be passing by some breathtaking natural landscapes and waterfall, so do keep your camera handy as you can’t afford to miss a shot. Upon arrival in Dirang, you would be checking into the hotel, where a piping hot meal awaits you. Later on, you can freshen up for excursions in later part of the day. This tour then takes you to Apple Nursery, Kiwi Farm, Dzong Fortress which are rare architectural compositions found mainly in Bhutan, and Dirang’s renowned hot water spring. When you are done for the day, you would be transferred back to the hotel for a restful overnight stay.

Day 3: From Valleys to Peaks: The Drive from Dirang to Tawang

Relive the era of the 1960s on the third day of your tour
The third day of your Arunachal Pradesh travel begins with a scrumptious meal at the hotel. Later on, you would be visiting some places while on the way to Tawang. The places that you would be visiting include War Cemetery, which is a stupa like structure built in memory of the soldiers of the Indian Army who sacrificed their lives in the Indo-Sino War, and Sella Pass, which is a beautiful mountain pass of religious significance to the Tibetan Buddhists, here one can also indulge in Ice skating in winters. Later on, you would be visiting Paradise Lake, Jang Waterfalls, which are a scenic natural charm named after a heroic tale of the 1962 war, and Jaswant Garh which is a memorial built to commemorate the bravery of late Jaswant Singh Rawat. As you are done for the day, you would be transferred to the hotel at Tawang for the overnight stay.

After indulging in a hearty meal at the hotel, get ready as now you would be sighting the real charms of Tawang. The fourth day of Arunachal Pradesh tourism package takes you to Tawang Monastery, which is the largest monastery in India and the second largest in the world, Singsur Ani Gompa, is one of the most beautiful nunneries in Tawang and houses 30 nuns, and the Craft Centre, which provides a sneak peek into the traditional art and culture of the place. A recent addition to Arunachal Pradesh tourism is the Tawang Ropeway, wherein one can take a cable car ride and have a look at Tawang from a height of 900 feet This lovely day comes to an end with an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5: Tawang Sightseeing with Bumla Pass Adventure

Spend the 5th day of your tour as per your wishes Savour a delicious breakfast, on day 5 of your Arunachal Pradesh holiday package. Today brings to you a jampacked full day excursion. The places that you would be heading towards today are the Bum La Pass, (Our tourist vehicles are not allowed to go there, and hence we will take a special cab from Tawang – Direct payment basis.) Madhuri Lake or Sangestar Tso Lake, which is named after popular Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit because it was featured in the movie Koyla. Also visit the PTSO Lake, which is a beautiful water body surrounded by breathtaking hills and mountains, and Nagula Lake which is a frozen lake and is a must visit when travelling to Arunachal. The evening brings to you a few hours of leisure, to spend as you like. You can visit the local markets and streets, indulge in some shopping and try the local cuisine. When you want to retire for the night, you would be transferred back to the hotel.
Day 6: Bomdila: Transfer and Sightseeing Tour

After indulging in a scrumptious meal at the hotel, you will be transferred to Bomdila. While enroute you would be visiting Nuranang Falls and will be checking into the hotel once you reach Bomdila. After relishing a delectable lunch at the hotel, you would be heading towards some of the big monasteries of Arunachal like Gontse Gaden Rabgyel Lling Monastery and Thub Chog Gatsel Ling Monastery. Later on, you would be visiting Bomdila wherein you can capture the panoramic view of the Himalayan ranges and snow-clad mountains. In the evening you can visit the local markets and other nearby places. The 6th day of your Arunachal Pradesh tourism packages ends with a comfy stay at the hotel.

- If city tax is applicable guests need to pay at the time of checking it is not included in the cost.
- Hotels may ask for one security deposit which will be refundable /Non-refundable as per their policy guest needs to pay at the time of check-in.
- Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time 1400 hrs. And 1200 hrs. Respectively. If you wish to book an early check-in or a late check-out, you would be required to get in touch with the Tripncare representative before your departure, as it is subject to availability.
- The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort/hotel, where they are accommodated.
- In the unlikely event of reserved accommodation not being available for you upon arrival at your destination, we would immediately arrange for an alternate accommodation of the same standards.
- Interconnecting rooms/adjacent rooms/rooms on the same floor /rooms near to each other are strictly subject to availability. Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
- Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low-cost carrier (Air Asia, Air India Express) then baggage will not be included in the package. Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
- The package price does not include special dinner or mandatory charges at time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. Tripncare shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However, Tripncare may not have this information readily available all the time.
- Tripncare reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasonsincluding but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation re – scheduling / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not beheld liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
- For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same should reach the guest within 60 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to Tripncare & guest, no refund will be processed.
- For any amendment requests in the Itinerary, please advise our transport manager at least 72 hours in advance and the request shall be subject to availability.
- Shorter stays than the booked stay and early check-out will be regarded as cancellation and hence no refund will be provided.
- Strictly no refund for unutilized services once the booking is confirmed.
- We do not hold any responsibility for additional costs or adjustments that may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity, etc
- In the unfortunate event of a vehicle breakdown, we will provide you alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to the event will not be compensated.
- All the hotels have been given as per your budget and booking has been finalized with the consent of the guests.
- Request you to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time shall be 05 minutes for sharing and 10 minutes for Private. If you miss any pickup, you will have to go to attractions on your own. We suggest you to be at hotel lobby 10 mins before of your tour starting time.
- In case of inclusion of airfares with a holiday are subject to vary anytime also a matter of availability.
- Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.
Payment policy:
- 0% of the total billing amount to process the booking to be paid in advance.
- 50% of the total billing amount to be paid before 45 days of departure.
- 20% of the amount to be paid before 15 working days from departure date
Cancellation policy:
- Applicable except any non-refundable component if any.
- 20% cancellation charges if cancelled 45 days before the tour of the total billing amount.
- 40% cancellation charges if cancelled between 44 – 30 Days before the tour of the total billing amount.
- 60% cancellation charges if cancelled between 29 – 10 Days before the tour of the total billing amount.
- 100% cancellation charges if cancelled between 0 – 9 Days before the tour.
- No refund if cancelled before 9 days of trip start.
- No Refund or Compensation for any changes on an ongoing trip.
- Any changes done on the trip; applicable charges will be charged. For any query, please feel free to contact us.
- NOTE: All Indian nationals visiting Arunachal Pradesh require an ILP. Documents required Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, or Passport and 2 / 3 copies of Passport size photo required.

- October to April is considered the peak season due to the favourable weather conditions.
- July to September is the monsoon season, bringing heavy rainfall and lush greenery.
- November to February offers a chance to experience snowfall, especially in higher altitudes like Tawang.
